Ideal as an aperitif, perfect to enjoy on the side with pan-fried fish-based dishes. For an alternative, try pairing it with a potato dish or one that features withe truffles, or if you want to think really far outside of the box, maybe have it with your next meal of buttermilk fried chicken. More traditionally, it goes well with fruit-based desserts, but think zesty like lemon tarts.

Color: a pleasant yellow color with a light but dry body.

Flavors / Fragances: a sparkling wine that is crisp, acidic, and light-bodied with subtle hints of citrus fruits and light stone minerality. The aroma of peach blossom is prevalent but underpinned by the citrus zest of lemon or lime peel. With a lovely and balanced taste presenting a persistent and delicate perlage, this wine can be enjoyed for its fresh zestiness.
